Previous efforts to increase measurement and precision on the basic quantity of mass, length, and time have been called metrology, which has been expanded to thermodynamics, optical quantities, and electric power. The overall system of this measurement is made by adding three other basic quantities, temperature, and associated amount, electromagnetic quantity, and photometric quantities, other than the dynamic basic quantities: length, weight, and time. All other dynamics from length, weight and time may be induced, for example, width, volume, density, speed, acceleration, force, energy, and uniformity. The medical institution targets various quantity measurement methods, the handling and analysis of measurement errors, the setting of the unit system or standard, and the theory of measurement.
